Everything you need to know about getting your order and what to do if something is not right.
Shipping
We ship Australia-wide
All orders are shipped to addresses within Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. For cash on delivery orders, our team will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements before dispatch.
Delivery timeframes
Standard delivery across Australia is estimated at 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. Remote areas may take slightly longer. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We aim to keep shipping affordable for all orders.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help.
14-day return window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to contact us about a return or exchange.
We accept returns for:
- Items that are faulty or damaged on arrival
- Items that are significantly different from what was described
- Incorrect items sent in error
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without prior contact and approval
Size exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days. Subject to stock availability, we will do our best to arrange an exchange. Return shipping for size exchanges is at the customer's expense.
How to start a return
Email us at feedthepeople@stsophia.org.au with your name, order details, and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps. Please do not send items back before receiving approval.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For orders placed with cash on delivery, our team will contact you after your order is received to confirm your delivery address and arrange payment. Payment is made in cash at the time of delivery. If you have any questions about your order status, please contact us directly.
